Parents and Guardians:
Model and encourage positive, respectful communication within the Wildlings Forest School community.
Support and uphold the values of kindness, empathy, and inclusion when interacting with staff, other parents, and children.
Children:
Treat others with respect and kindness.
Participate in creating a safe and inclusive environment.
Managers and Directors:
Promote and model positive communication and inclusive practices.
Address unkind or exclusionary behaviours swiftly and appropriately.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR HARMFUL BEHAVIOUR
Wildlings Forest School has zero tolerance for harmful behaviour, including hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or exclusion. All members of our community—staff, parents, and children—are expected to uphold this policy. Any behaviour that undermines kindness and inclusion will be addressed swiftly to prioritise the well-being of those impacted.
