Join us for a full day session (9-4) where you will learn how to survive in the wild! We will cover the priorities of survival and use them in mock scenarios!
Rick will introduce the Priorities of Survival in case of a Zombie attack, which are:
1. Water
Where to find it!
Improvised and modern water filters
Sterilisation techniques (touch and talk and Demo)
2. Shelter (protection)
Shelter or protection from what?
Create your shelter to protect from weather, insects, wild animals or zombies!
3. Fire
Importance of fire
Fire triangle
Techniques for ignition demo (if fire conditions allow)
4. Food
Where is this on the chain of survival?
5. Communication and rescue signals
Tools in a changing world
6. Additional Tools
Ropes, basic knots and useful lashes
Cutting edge tools
Knives saws and axes
Aids to navigation, compass
Shadow stick
First Aid scenario

You will have the option to add the striker and/or whittling knife in the booking process.
During this session, children will have supervised use of our hand tools including bow saws, saws, hammers, hand drills, and whittling knives.
