City Makers Loose Parts Program

WE BUILT THIS CITY!

Come and build a city with Wildlings at The MET! Loose parts are the stuff dreams are made of! Your child will have time and space to explore the endless possibilites of creativity, building and design with a playground of miscellaneous items such as natural materials and items collected from building sites. Your child will be inspired to create art, tinker with tools, construct mini cities and express themselves in a safe and fun way!

With guidance from trained Wildlings staff, children will be encouraged to use real tools such as hand saws, hammers, nails etc, as the real builders of the city.

We cannot wait to join you there and see what your children dream up!

We also have a special activity brought to you by Sunshine Coast Council's Living Smart Program.

Children will be invited to:

Build a garden village using small loose-parts

Use natural materials to create tiny homes for tiny creatures

Make a bamboo trellis for an autumn planting of peas
