Looking for a weekly opportunity to socialise with other kids? Does your child love to think “outside of the box”? Do you want to challenge their mental and physical capabilities with self driven Adventure Play? Do they have boundless energy and curiosity? Do they LOVE to push boundaries or perhaps they have trouble asserting themselves?
Our Forest School Program aims to help your child build their confidence and resilience by creating a natural learning environment that embraces your child’s curiosity and individuality through child-led projects and unstructured play within our Forest School.
During this program you will find children:
Climbing trees & playing in Fresh Water Creeks
Building self directed projects with natural resources like cubbies, rafts, shelters & weapons
Using hand tools such as: hand drills, pen knives, flints & hammers
Working with Natural Elements like fire & water
Learning how to identify local flora and fauna
Having first hand experience with weather patterns & seasonal changes
Learning how to communicate, problem solve and negotiate with other children
Learning to trust their natural ‘gut’ instincts
Our Forest School Leaders will gently guide your child on their journey to self discovery and belonging as they find their place within our Forest School community.
